I finallly bit the bullet and bought a laptop computer…. and a wireless mouse to use with it. I need it to keep up with the online writing course I’m taking. Please wish me luck, even though my computer skills are improving, and I spend many hours on the computer each week. lt’s still not my comfort zone!
We had to go to Bufflalo, N Y today and the trip passed quickly since we were listening to a thriller, a layered and unforgettable audio book, The Accident by Linwood Barclay. I highly recommend it…Wow! We are ready for disc 6, there are 12 in all. It was so good that after dinner we set at the kitchen table listening to the end of disc 4 and then all of 5! My husband finally said, “We need to take another trip to finish this story!” My daughter is in pharmaceutical sales. She has a rural territory and drives long distances everyday. She treats herself to audio books; it make her drive time more tolerable. She loaned this one to us and all I can say is, “Thank you, Shiela.“
We also saw two movies worth mentioning. The Bourne Legacy was exciting and quite good. I think better than the other recent Bourne adverntures. Hope Springs with Meryl Streep and Tommy Lee Jones was absolutley wonderful. It should become a classic in marriage counseling centers!
