On Getting Organized

Does it count if I try to be orgainized? Probably not…for me, the trick is to stay on top of all my projects and obligations. Easier said than done. But I’m working on it. Good giref, that’s why I’m writing a blog after midnight!

Last week I read a very good book, Night Road by Kristin Hannah. She’s a master at developing empathetic complicated characters and plot twists…that always take me where I least expected the story to go. I encourage you to take a chance on one of her books, you won’t be sorry.

I’m back into my classes and writing assignments again. It looks like it will be another very interesting semester. Excellent professor, she even wrote the textbook we’re using for the class! First time I’ve ever had that experience. And a very diverse and friendly group of cohort students.

On January 21, a bitterly cold snowy winter day, I presented a two hour program at Clarion Limestone School, Strattanville, PA for their Teachers In-Service day. I utilized my Psychiatric Nursing background as well as lots of research to prepare a program on Childhood and Adolescent Behavior Disorders. It was a fun and fascinating day. Of course, I had a small display of my books. Somehow I briefly mentioned books and writing.

Till next time. Keep reading my friends.

Later, Ann
